These are the terms for using this site. They are short on purpose.

Nothing here is a price or an offer

Nothing on this site — including anything said about a device before we've seen it — is a price, a quote, or a binding offer to buy. A quote is given in person, after we've inspected the device, and only that in-person quote is a real number.

We may decline any item

We can decline to buy any device for any reason, including at the meetup itself after looking it over. Sending the form or texting us a description does not obligate us to buy anything, and it does not obligate you to sell.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for backing up, signing out of, and factory resetting any device before selling it. See our before-you-sell checklist for the steps.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time. The version posted here is the current one.
